BioClick Ecuador is an environmental volunteer program that promotes the protection and conservation of Ecuadorean biodiversity. The name BioClick comes from the words BIO, which makes reference to biodiversity and CLICK from the sound of the camera shutter, since one of our objectives is to create a photographic inventory of the biodiversity of Ecuador.
Our volunteer program was conceived after some successful conservation ventures in the area of Mindo and the declaration of various private reserves in the north-western part of Ecuador. These experiences have motivated us to establish a Mindo Volunteer Program where we mindfully design several projects that incorporate a broad range of activities intended to connect the volunteer with our natural and cultural gems in the most genuine way. Furthermore, we recognize the positive impact that volunteers have in our community and a good deal of our venture could not be accomplished without them. Our activities initially focus in the area of Mindo, as part of a national network of volunteering opportunities around the country. Our main office and the Volunteer Training Centre is located in Mindo (85 km west of Quito, approximately 2 hours away) Contact info firstname.lastname@example.org phone: 011-5932-2217350 English and Spanish 011-5939-969983251/ 011-5939-92176640 French/German/English/Spanish 011-5939-980308559
